The stage three named as broader organizations or across services which is all about employing across groups or teams and units within the broader organizations. The staff will confront the appropriateness of resolutions to difficult issues. The probable risk accompanied with their choices will have a greater influence on the services. The stage number four named as complete organization or system of healthcare and it states about developing wider partnerships outside and across conventional boundaries of an organization that are replicable and sustainable.
