Leaders use to assist themselves and other individuals to perform the correct things and to lead to a positive direction. The leader should also employ management skills in order to guide their group to choose the right objective in an efficient and effective manner. The following concentric factors of influence on styles of leadership are;

These factors specifically observe to affect leadership are the private experiences and values of leaders and other fellows of the company and the manners in which members and leaders themselves understand the past experiences of the members dissimilar from them. Stage three is named as broader organizations or across services which is all about employing across groups or teams and units within the broader organizations. The staff will confront the appropriateness of resolutions to difficult issues. The probable risk accompanied by their choices will have a greater influence on the services.

Stage number four is named as complete organization or system of healthcare and it states about developing wider partnerships outside and across conventional boundaries of an organization that is replicable and sustainable. At that stage, the leaders will be treated with many-sided issues and forthcoming with creative and new solutions to those issues.
